This group is devoted to the Bread Baking Phenomenon based on the book "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day" by by Jeff Hertzberg MD, and Zoe Francois. This amazing method produces gorgeous Artisan Loaves with ZERO kneading, and the dough once mixed and proofed at room temp for several hours can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. When you want freshly baked bread you simply break off a chunk of dough, shape, allow to rise, slash the top with a sharp serrated knife before baking and then bake!
